Responsibilities :
- Quality assurance checks for all Direct to Consumer and External E-Commerce accounts : including optimizing product listings, navigation, on-site search.
- Quality assurance of email content, linking and inventory checks.
- Competitor analysis of product, site experience, emails, campaigns, loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members on new promotions, marketing ideas, and site experience advancements.
- Sequence product landing pages for optimal digital merchandising experience.
- Run reporting from Dashboards to support insights and hypothesis regarding revenue, conversion, traffic, and other KPIs of the DTC business.
- Lend support to team members on various ongoing projects including email marketing ideation, content ideas, reporting, etc.
- Participate in any ad-hoc research in market research.
Qualifications :
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing / merchandising / business related studies with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a creative mind to think outside of the box.
- MS office experience is a must.
- Showcased ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment with previous internship or relevant work experience being a plus.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to commute to the Monroe Township, New Jersey office at least 2 days a week.
- Any experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics a plus.
