Benefits :What we need?
- Someone with mechanical aptitude with some history of tire installation and repairs.
- Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions.
No skipping steps or short cuts.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Someone whom follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
- Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
- Candidates with Tire Industry Association Training / Certifications a big plus.
- Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
- Ability to improve efficiency's as you get used to the assignments provided.
- Ability to use Tire Machines and also be able to remove and install tire on rims by hand when necessary.
- Must be able to lift, wheel, move truck tires.
