Job Description

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an Evaluation Coordinator for the Extension Office in Clark County. This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The position will work under the Evaluation Specialist at the University of Nevada, Reno Extension in Clark County to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the development of the evaluation, training, and research activities for extension programs.

The position will help strengthen the needs assessment and evaluation designs of programs, develop and improve evaluation tools, and improve the quality of county and state reports.

The position will be supervised by the Evaluation Specialist.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience in evaluation or social research; OR

Master’s degree and one (1) year related work experience in evaluation or social research

Related Experience : in program evaluation, research methods, statistical analytics or related.

A valid Class C driver’s license or higher operator’s license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment.

Schedule and Travel Requirements

Travel throughout Clark County and Nevada may be occasionally required to meet with stakeholders in urban and rural areas of Nevada.

This includes potential overnight stays.
