Key Responsibilities :

• Vendor Collaboration : Partner with vendors to determine product specifications and manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and parts.
• Process Optimization : Collaborate with management, engineering, and production teams to refine production processes using statistical methods to forecast requirements.
• Cost Management : Analyze labor costs, workflow, and spatial arrangements to improve efficiency and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Quality Control : Oversee product evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement metrics for productivity and efficiency.
• Resource Planning : Assess and allocate production resources to meet changing customer demands.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to reduce costs and lead times through process and design enhancements.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Policy Development : Develop and implement policies to enhance product quality and service delivery.
• Training and Compliance : Conduct training sessions and audits to promote best practices and ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on manufacturing engineering.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and a solid understanding of tooling and fixtures.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
