Position Summary :
This position consists of loading programs on a Biesse CNC and cutting out parts, labeling them, and sorting onto carts. Being aware of tool / bit wear and changing out when necessary for quality upkeep.
Logging daily material use for inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Double checking the programs to print
- Checking parts for accuracy and quality
- Receives direction from supervisor and notifies them when more work is needed
- Maintains the area, machinery and tools in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety procedures, rules and guidelines as well as notifying the supervisor of any potential safety issues
- Removes parts manually and puts them on a cart inspecting for quality or program errors
- Prioritizes HOT jobs as required
- Preforms daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance for cleaning, greasing, and maintaining inventory
- Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and differentiate between them
- Fills in other areas as needed
Qualifications :
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Being able to adapt to change on short notice
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills

Monday - Thursday 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
