The Full Time Nurse will work M-F 10a-6 : 30p No On Call!
Salary :
RNs - $89,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisors :
- Manage admissions;
- Round with physicians
- Ensure compliance with nursing and government policies and procedures
- Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
- Provide psychological and emotional support to patients, their family and friends
- Complete necessary updates, reports, documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with MDS and other IDT leaders

- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), or RN (Registered Nurse), licensed in the state of Illinois
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in a long-term care / post acute settings
- Leadership and relationship building skills
- Compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
