Our national law firm client is seeking a Corporate Associate with three to six years of law firm experience to join their team in Stamford, New Haven, or New York.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled associate to engage in complex corporate transactions with a leading practice.
Role Highlights :
- Practice Areas : Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Venture Capital, Securities Compliance, and Corporate Governance
- Experience Level : 3-6 years
Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents for a variety of corporate matters.
- Handle M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as other complex corporate deals.
- Provide guidance on securities law compliance and corporate governance issues as needed.
Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A, venture capital, or other complex transactions.
- Desired but not required : Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Compensation :
- Base Pay Range : $160,000 - $212,500, dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
