JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- An initial project would be helping the company transition to paperless
- Handle all accounts payable duties
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for projects
- Provide financial analysis
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project financial goals are met
- Prepare and review project invoices and ensure timely payment
- Assist with project audits and compliance
- Assist with payroll
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenses
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- CPA preferred but not required
