Ecommerce & Digital Program Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY :
Ecommerce & Digital Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting marketing of the My6 membership program, Ecommerce digital program strategy, corporate and consumer email, as well as cross department needs.
This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Ecommerce Growth Strategy in digital program growth and optimization helping our hotels present themselves in the best possible way to consumers, with the freshest, revenue driving digital programs.

- Support in content upgrades to digital programs with the goal of maximizing quality and increasing conversions and therefore revenues for franchised hotels.
- Coordinate, and implement email campaigns and testing for My6 members and other departments.
- Supports the Director with tasks related to membership program marketing, email strategy, ecommerce digital program strategy, and cross department support to drive new revenue streams to franchise owners.
- Coordinate and upgrades new text and graphics as needed on the website for Promotions, Marketing, and Sales to increase traffic and conversions on direct channels.
- Providing input to the areas of the business they are involved in to enhance and maintain the quality and accuracy of the website.
