As a Project Consultant, you will be a key player in driving our revenue growth by actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers.
Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our products and services, including roofing, siding, windows, patio and entry doors, storm damage restoration, gutters, and gutter protection (or any other Core Service that is implemented during your employment).
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of exterior construction materials, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
In your role, you will provide sales services on behalf of the Company, ensuring you operate within our pricing parameters and utilize the most current pricing when meeting customers, estimating, and completing customer contracts.
Management reserves the right to review any contract that does not meet company guidelines.
You will sell our products and services in Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or any other state where we conduct business, using our standard contracts ("Customer Contract").
Different types of work require different contracts, and it is essential to use the appropriate Customer Contract. Please note that failure to do so may result in disqualification from receiving any commission for the job in question.
You represent that you are legally permitted to perform sales services for the Company, are not the debtor on any judgments, do not have any felony criminal convictions in the past five years, and will perform your services with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

- Customer Experience : In all things, prioritize Customer Experience and work to exceed expectations.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including : cold calling, door knocking, referral program, networking, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Knowledge : Always be informed about Company products, services, and relevant warranties. Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings.
Maintain sales skills and consistently develop new skills and understanding around selling techniques, buying behaviors and psychological factors.
Maintain understanding of the things Company does, and does not do.
Client Consultation : Conduct on-site assessments to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with clients to design and customize exterior projects.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Quoting and Proposal Development : Prepare accurate and detailed project quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable sales while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Relationship Building & Customer Service : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and consistent communication with both prospective and current clients.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including but not limited to : customer interactions, lead generation, lead status and other sales transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
Close Rate & Quota : Work to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.

- Follow Processes : Follow Company sales processes and procedures including properly noting lead files in Company CRM, taking and organizing proper photographs per Company checklists, noting site conditions and customer requests, staying within communication thresholds, and other sales processes as given by management or Company SOP.
- Company Property : Utilize and maintain all Company property including but not limited to : office space, technology, tools and vehicles.
Keep Company Property clean and in working order at all times. Report any issues immediately. No pets allowed in vehicles.
Driving : Maintain a valid driver's license, drive in a manner that is not harmful to vehicle and follow all laws while driving a Company vehicle.
Personal usage of Company vehicle is not permitted unless authorized by the Sales Manager, General Manager, or Owner of the Company.
Approved personal usage may be billed by Company per current IRS rate. A good driving record must be maintained to drive a company vehicle.
- Company Policies & Dress Code : Follow Employee Handbook. Must be clean and professional when meeting with customers. Company logo attire is required when meeting customers or attending company events.
