Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Managing the front desk and conference rooms
- Answering phones
- Seating clients / guests
- Setting up conference rooms with equipment set up, when needed
- Managing two kitchens client and employee

- 2+ years of reception / office administration experience
