Responsibilities Full Time Outpatient Receptionist The candidate selected will be responsible for the following : Answer and process incoming calls in the Outpatient Department.
Schedule and maintain appointments through computerized scheduling program. Utilize phone system to initiate reminder calls and schedule missed appointments.
Monitor voice mail and forward messages to the appropriate recipients. Complete required daily reports. Verify and update demographic information into database.
