- Conduct meeting related to compliance and planning for future design requirements of client wireless infrastructure.
understanding on CISCO DNAC Tool
- Deploying Wireless infrastructure via DNAC Tool.
- Designing Heat map via DNAC Tool.
- Trouble shooting Wireless issues with DNAC as tool.
Understating of Security concepts like Authentication, CAP WAP Tunnel, Mobility Tunnel, DTLS.
understanding of Cisco Integrated Service Engine Client.
- Understanding of different terminology Wi-Fi ( a / b / g / n / ac), Site Tags, Heat-map, Radio Plans and Ekahau Site Survey.
- Understanding of the Traffic flow for different SSID Corporate, BYOD and GUEST.
- Ability to upgrade firmware at Hardware layer and patches at Software layer for WLC and Access Points.
- Understanding of ITSM Platform, ability to resolve incident, change and problem tickets within SLA.
- Excellent incident, change and problem management skills. Should have ability to restore business services by either isolating the issue and / or with a workaround to restore the business while permanent resolution is worked upon in parallel.
