SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Are you a driven leader with a passion for managing large-scale programs? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to spearhead key initiatives for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
This role is pivotal in managing extensive, geographically dispersed contracts that provide professional medical and support services, either supplementing existing staff or delivering comprehensive operational solutions in federal health facilities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact between our company and DHA program officials, maintaining regular communication to update on program status and manage risks.
- Program Lifecycle Oversight : Manage programs from initiation to completion, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, quality, and budget.
- Quality Control & Compliance : Implement processes to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with all contractual regulations and standards.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate risks, adjusting plans to effectively manage challenges throughout the program lifecycle.
- Team Leadership : Lead and support the program team, providing necessary tools and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Subcontract Management : Oversee subcontract negotiations and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting : Produce detailed reports and documentation that satisfy transparency and accountability requirements.
Position Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
- Six or more years of experience in acquisitions, business analysis, and / or program / project management.
- At least three years of experience supporting DHA Healthcare Staffing.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability and motivation for excellence.
