KeyResponsibilities :
ProjectPlanning andManagement :
- Develop detailedproject plans including scope schedule resources andbudget.
- Define projectobjectives deliverables and milestones in collaboration withstakeholders.
- Monitor and trackproject progress making adjustments as necessary to ensuresuccessful projectcompletion.
TeamLeadership andCoordination :
- Lead and coordinatethe efforts of the Senior Developer and Database Administratorteams.
- Foster acollaborative and productive work environment ensuring clearcommunication and alignment ofgoals.
- Provide guidance andsupport to team members helping them resolve technical andoperationalchallenges.
StakeholderCommunication :
- Serve as the primarypoint of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updateson project status risks andissues.
- Facilitate meetingsand presentations to keep stakeholders informed andengaged.
RiskManagement :
- Identify potentialproject risks and develop mitigationstrategies.
- Monitor risk factorsand implement contingency plans asnecessary.
QualityAssurance :
- Ensure that allproject deliverables meet quality standards and comply withrelevant regulations and bestpractices.
- Conduct regularreviews and evaluations to identify areas forimprovement.
Documentation andReporting :
- Maintaincomprehensive project documentation including plans reports andrecords.
- Prepare and presentproject status reports to senior management and otherstakeholders.

- Minimum of Seven (7)years of experience in IT projectmanagement.
- Proven experienceleading technical teams particularly those working with mainframeIDMS andCOBOL.
- Must have projectLifecyle experience some level of mainframeexperience.
PreferredExperience :
- Experience withEndevor.
- Experience in agovernment or defenserelatedenvironment.
Education : Required :
Required :
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology Project Management or arelatedfield.
- Experience inmodernization of a system most likely financialsystem.
Preferred :
Advanced degree inProject Management Business Administration or a relatedfield.
TechnicalSkills :
- Strong understandingof software development lifecycle and project managementmethodologies (e.g. AgileWaterfall).
- Proficiency inproject management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRATrello).
Minimum Qualification Aminimum of a MS in engineering, physics, or related field with 5years working in digital / analog signal processing and controlsystem design is required.
Five years of relevant industryexperience in addition to a master's in engineering, math, orphysics. A PhD is preferred but not required and candidates withsubstantially more than 5 years in industry following receipt of aBS degree will be considered.
Must be a US citizen or permanentresident with the ability to obtain and maintain a securityclearance.
