Your primary responsibilities will include direct customer phone, text, and email interaction. Since we do not use scripts, you will need to listen attentively, think critically, and guide customers to the support they need.
We are looking for someone with exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to convey confidence, and a positive personality.
This is not a receptionist or sales position; our customer service role is integral to our marketing team. You will be expected to contribute ideas and opinions to aid in the overall growth of our organization.
We are looking for someone who has experience providing creative solutions to provide an incredible customer journey with us.
We are busy! This position requires punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Location :
While we are a flexible employer, this full-time position requires working on-site at our office. It is not a remote position.
To be considered candidates must live within a 20-minute commute from our office.
