We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical and entry level office roles Recruiter to join our team in the healthcare industry located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
As a Medical Recruiter, you will have the primary role of managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, and enhancing our organization’s reputation.
100% onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize various channels to scout for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Implement strategies for effective sourcing such as social media recruiting, attending job fairs and networking events.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to manage and streamline recruitment processes.
- Conduct background checks and other vetting processes to ensure the credibility of potential candidates.
- Engage in cold calling to attract and interact with potential candidates.
- Utilize your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage resources and recruitment processes.
- Conduct initial discussions with applicants to obtain information on their skills, salaries, and availability.
- Organize and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; ensure that the recruiting process is compliant with all federal and state regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Recruiting role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sectors
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Careerbuilder
- Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Experience with Applicant Track System
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Experience with Cold Calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be a team player with a proactive approach to work.
