Director of Treasury

About the opportunity

Manages the Treasury department with responsibilities that include cash management, cash forecasting, FX, investing and borrowing.

Oversee Global Treasury transformational projects which include designing and implementing Treasury best practices to support the growth of the company.

Works with Treasury Leaders to assist in the management of debt instruments and capital market transactions.

What you’ll get to do

• Prepares and provides detailed consolidated short-term cash flow analysis and projections.
• Manages short-term cash needs including investment of excess funds and short-term borrowing on behalf of the global corporate and payroll trust entities.
• Develops and implements cash management and treasury operational strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
• Plan and direct strategic Treasury initiatives including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects with overall responsibility for meeting business objectives.
• Maintain existing Treasury Management Systems and implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.
• Acts as an expert advisor on banking issues for other functional areas.
• Executes monthly foreign exchange transactions and manages foreign exchange risk.
• Ensures compliance with SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, anti-money laundering regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
• Manage the share repurchase program.
• Work with leadership on Capital Market transactions.
• Assist in the oversite of corporate debt facilities and ensure adherence to established treasury rules.

Skills and experience we value

• 8-10 years of relevant treasury experience with at least 3-5 years management experience.
• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Solid foundation in treasury operations, practices including daily cash management operations, risk management, cash flow forecasting, capital markets, and banking operations, systems, and technology.
• Strong knowledge of operational controls, risk management and banking products.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of domestic and international cash management, forecasting, investments, and foreign exchange.
• Troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA preferred.
