Summary
Monday - Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm)
Serves as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas, and oversees daily operations. Prepares breads, pastries, entrees, which may be used in multi campus system.
Working with chef and / or chef manager participates in menu development. Assures sanitation and HACCP guidelines are followed and supervises the work of cooks and food service associates.

- License / Certifications : Serve Safe certified.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience.
