Our client is a family owned business with around 85 employees. They're looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to take charge of the Quality Assurance Department.
Ideally for this role a candidate will have phenomenal communication skills along with a demonstrated track record of delivering results.

The role involves managing customer communications, addressing root cause and corrective actions, submitting PPAPs, and supporting IATF internal audits.

Description
- Overseeing the entire PPAP process
- Preparing and conducting internal IATF 16949 audtis
- Working directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
- Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- PFMEAs
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing setting
- Background with automotive manufacturing and the standards assocaited
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Experience with leading or assiting with internal audits
- Strong experience with PPAPs
- Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
- Experience with PFMEA
- GD&T Experience

- Salary Range between $80,000 - $85,000
