An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Cathedral City, CA area for an individual with 7+ years’ experience as a Division / Operations Manager , preferably with a background in Waste Management .

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration :
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 7+ years of Division / Operations Management experience within Waste / Recycling Management, Logistics, Fleet or Transportation industries .
- Familiarity with maintaining division disciplines (i.e. dispatch, routing, maintenance and support operations) with high priority of safety and optimization is a MUST .
- Oversight of operational costs, planning / developing procedures , and other administrative responsibilities including hiring / training is a MUST .
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST .
- Experience with OSHA and DOT compliance is a MUST .
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Management / Logistics is HIGHLY PREFERRED .
