JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
Ensures timely and accurate transfer of new application files from extranet site to department local drives for internal underwriting.
Processing, copying and transferring required reports to appropriate customer files as required. Transposition of basic application data to underwriting systems and database to track and assist with processing needs.
- Ensures precision of departmental closing documentation and post closing account set up on the Bank’s loan systems including accurate transfer of file documents into the optical filing system.
- Oversight and accuracy of application information being processed into aircraft departmental database and proper post decision management of credit file information and regulatory notices.
- Proper management of pre closing credit file’s versus departmental checklist and loan officer stipulations including verification of proper compliance documentation.
- Efficient and precise oversight of administrative aspects of the loan funding processes including funding requests for new loans, refinances and construction advances and accuracy of accounting, booking and required monetary advance forms.
- Oversight and accuracy of all internally generated reports and customer related communications distributed.
- Tracks and follows any process exceptions granted by management to ensure timely compliance with approved loan terms and Bank policy.
Items tracked may include FAA liens, Bills-of-Sale and aircraft appraisals.
- Maintaining customer service quality standards for both internal and external customers including timely coordination of information requests, escrows and customer loan payoffs.
- Oversight of insurance claims payments processing to ensure funds are distributed in compliance with established departmental procedures.
- Ongoing tracking of portfolio insurance renewal documentation. Tracking to ensure borrowers policies remain enforce throughout the duration of our loan.
Using departmental database, makes certain customer compliance is maintained per the terms of the bank's loan documents.
Notifies management of all 30-day default exceptions for inclusion on Bank VSI insurance. Ensures required portfolio reports are sent to the Bank's broker.
Education & Qualifications :
Minimum of high school diploma or GED, with Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated capability and familiarity with Microsoft is required.
Minimum of three years in a client focused, legal or business environment. Prior customer service experience is a strong plus.
