Shift Manager

The Shift Manager plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan his / her shifts
• Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
• Assist the General Manager
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
• Verifies customer satisfaction / Handles customer complaints
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
• Open / close restaurant
• Assist with inventory (logging)
• Assist with staffing needs
• Assist with controllables and labor
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
