- Abilityto oversee multiplelocations
- Train Advisorsto greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitalityand the highest level ofrespect
- Train Advisorsto present the best solution to properly repair our customer svehicle in a way that is easy for them tounderstand
- Manage thestore s workflow in an effective and efficientmanner
- Train Advisorsto possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell ourservices without jeopardizing honesty andintegrity
- Maintaina positive attitude and team atmosphere at alltimes
- Usethe phone in a professional manner always with the intention ofcreating a longterm relationship between the store yourself and thecustomer
- Superviseand directemployees
- Preparebusiness goals for each month as well as eachyear
- Toact in a professional manner that reflects the quality organizationyourepresent
- Alwaysproject an attitude of honesty andintegrity
- Directcoordinate and participate in performing customer serviceactivities as dictated byworkload
- Ensurethat all work is performed to properspecifications
- Assist otheremployees as needed
Requirements
Educationand / or ExperiencePreferences :
- Five years relatedexperience and / or training; or equivalent combination of educationand experience.
- Graduation from an industry recognizedservice training program also preferred by not required.
CertificatesLicenses and RegistrationPreferences :
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of minimum state required insurance on personalvehicle.
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurancecarrier.
