Job Qualifications

Applicants should possess a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or its equivalent. The potential to engage in high quality research and teaching is required.

Practice experience is preferred.

The law school also offers a semester in Washington, D.C., as well as a summer study abroad programs in Venice and London.

Since 2017, Wake Forest Law has housed the North Carolina Business Court, joining only a select number of law schools in the nation that contain a working court.

The court provides an excellent forum for students to see an actual working court in action as the majority of the hearings are open to the public.
