Job Description

AECOM has a remote position available for a Geospatial Program Manager for business development and operations improvement to join the Digital Practice team in Chattanooga TN or Franklin, TN locations.

In this role you will be performing Program Management for airborne remote sensing and GIS activities within the DPT practice.

The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following :

  • Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.
  • May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
  • Manages projects which have greater complexity than a Program Manager II.
  • Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.
  • Mentor and train junior level staff

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA / BS + 8 years or relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education
  • Recent and relevant experience in a leading Geospatial role with demonstrated business development and operations improvements experience
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Certified Photogrammetrist
  • Professional Land Surveyor
  • GIS Professional (GISP) certification
  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
