As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering department team, which is dedicated to maintaining the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical function of all the resort property with a focus on Pool Maintenance.
You will complete work orders, preventive maintenance and daily projects reported by engineering management, front desk, or otherwise assigned during the shift.
Perform daily pool chemical checks cleaning and maintenance. Daily pool pump and heater maintenance check and repairs. Scheduled preventive maintenance on pool heater and pumps.
Must be knowledgeable in pool care and plumbing.
YOUR EXPERIENCE :
Basic maintenance experience in any of the following areas : painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general maintenance, preferred.
CPO certification high preferred or like experience.
- 6 months customer service and / or hospitality experience preferred
- VALID and CLEAN Driver's License record
- Possess a team player attitude and excellent inter-personal skills
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician (Installations, Maintenance, Repair), Facilities, Property or Building Maintenance preferred.
