Innovative Heavy Highway / Civil General Contractor is seeking a growth-minded estimator to join our dynamic and collaborative team in the Metro-West area of Massachusetts.
The company specializes in bridges, dams, highways and other heavy civil projects ranging in value from $1.0 MIL to $40.

This is an IN OFFICE position in Hudson, MA.
Ideal candidates should possess the following :
- Bachelors Degree in business, engineering or construction related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction and cost estimating
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and bids
- Be familiar with public bidding procedures for State Agencies and Municipalities
- Be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
