We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician for a healthcare client in Kansas City, MO.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in a client facing IT Support role
- Ability to travel to multiple healthcare clinics within the area
- Healthcare experience preferred
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Providing IT assistance to staff and employees.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving user issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems as needed.
- Documenting processes and technical knowledge.
- Performing diagnostic tests and proper troubleshooting.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Consulting with IT managers, other team members, 3rd party vendors and other departments across the organizations as required.
