Why This Job’s a Big Deal
As a Coordinator Key Accounts your key objective is to support Priceline’s Key Account team with the day-to-day management of our largest chain and ownership partners.
You will do this by working with both internal and external stakeholders on initiatives to ensure pricing and availability competitiveness, optimize content, troubleshoot operational issues, and identify opportunities to secure business wins that satisfy consumer demand and improve hotel bookings on Priceline and Agoda websites.
In This Role You Will Get To
- Strengthen supplier relationships by providing prompt and professional support to Priceline key account partners.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to address and resolve escalated operational questions and issues.
- Research and troubleshoot pricing and availability competitiveness issues as escalated by our key account partners.
- Generate key account reports to support the Key Account team and aid in identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Support strategic business initiatives and projects at the direction of key account team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Hospitality or travel industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, follow through, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver and disciplined self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated analytical and technical / systems skills; experience with G-Suite, Tableau, Metabase is a plus.
- Willing to assist where and when needed with a professional get it done attitude and work ethic.
- Adaptable to change gears quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Possesses self-awareness, a sense of curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable in a two-way feedback culture and challenging the status quo.
- Flexible to travel for team meetings several times a year.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and / or equity grant.
