Leading L&D Video programming for targeted audiences to support achievement of all Business Goals (Fin, People). This role will design, create, implement, manage, and measure these video programs.
Learning experience will include role specific content both technical and non-technical to support business required skills and competencies across roles and business streams.
Responsibilities :
- Owning Field Sales Office L&D Video Programs for targeted role groups and career maturities
- Alignment with Business requirements and other internal L&D strategic programs at Regional and Enterprise level.
- Design and Creation of live and asynchronous video learning experiences based on needs analysis
- Measurement : Owning and tracking of metrics for this population
Qualifications :
- L&D Video program development experience 10+ years
- L&D Video content creation and production experience (including directing, shooting, and editing) 10+ years
- L&D Project experience 10+ years
- Experience working with diverse SMEs and learning populations
- Experience producing micro to macro level video productions

Where is the work : Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Base pay for this position begins at $100,000 and increases with experience.
