Role Summary :

As the ABM & CRM Strategy Manager, you will orchestrate the integration of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

Your role involves segmenting customer data for targeted marketing initiatives and nurturing leads from ABM campaigns to sales-readiness.

You will manage the CRM system, integrating ABM data for a comprehensive customer view and facilitating collaboration across marketing, sales, and client teams.

Your focus will be on leveraging CRM insights to personalize ABM campaigns and track their impact on customer acquisition and retention.

This position requires a strong grasp of marketing channels, strategic planning in ABM and CRM, data analysis skills, and proficiency in CRM and ABM tools.

Effective communication, project management, and a strategic yet detail-oriented approach are essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish a seamless data integration between your CRM and ABM platforms to ensure that all customer data is consistent, accurate, and up to date across both systems.
  • Segment customer data based on relevant criteria to identify trends, analyse customer behaviour, and tailor marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM data to nurture leads generated from ABM campaigns, guiding them through the Marketing and Sales funnel until they reach sales-ready status.
  • Effectively manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Integrate ABM campaign data and engagement metrics into the CRM system to create a holistic view of each customer.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Client Partner teams to ensure a unified customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey maps that visualize the customer lifecycle and interactions with the company.
  • Leverage CRM data to personalize ABM campaigns, tailoring messaging and content to specific target accounts based on their industry, size, needs, and buying behaviours.
  • Track and analyse the combined impact of ABM and CRM efforts on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism between ABM and CRM, measuring the impact of marketing efforts on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely between marketing and sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts based on a combination of CRM data and ABM insights.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, social media, website personalization, and events.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic ABM and CRM plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • Expertise in analysing marketing and CRM data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team player who can work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with ABM tools.
  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
