WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Manage product inventory and documentation for product builds supporting modern oral submissions, collaborating cross-functionally
  • Assist cross-functional team to manage project timelines for product builds and scientific studies, ensuring product is supplied to the studies according to agreed upon timelines
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of product details for modern oral products in regulatory submissions to the FDA, including Premarket Tobacco Product Applications, Substantial Equivalence Reports, and any associated amendments or deficiency responses
  • Provide technical writing support for all submissions to FDA

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • BS in chemistry, engineering, technical writing, or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
  • Good project management skills
  • Experienced with scientific and technical writing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with other functions within the company
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to relocate to Winston-Salem, NC
