Job Summary :
At Silencer Central, we believe that Customers + Integrity Winning. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, new team member orientation, oversight to internship program, document management, and HR administrative tasks.
This position requires high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Essential Functions :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct job postings, resume reviews, and initial HR Phone interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and career events.
- Manage the hiring process, including job offers, background checks and reference verification.
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and update orientation materials, including presentations and welcome packets.
- Welcome new employees and provide an overview of the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Ensure completion of all necessary new hire paperwork, including tax forms, direct deposit forms, and employment agreements.
- Gather feedback from new employees on the orientation process to continuously improve the program.
- Design and structure the new hire 30-60-90-day performance review process with applicable stakeholders.
- Design and structure the intern program, outlining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs to enhance professional development.
- Gather feedback from interns and supervisors through surveys and discussions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist required
- Professional Human Resource certification is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary : $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes :
