Job Overview :
We areseeking a highly motivated and skilled CMM Programmer to join ourteam. You will be responsible for developing and programmingmeasurement routines for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) usingPCDMIS software.
Your expertise in metrology and softwareprogramming will be instrumental in ensuring that our componentsmeet and exceed design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize measurement programs forCMMs using PCDMIS software.
- Interpretengineering drawings GD&T specifications and componentrequirements.
- Collaborate with engineers andquality control teams to establish measurementprotocols.
- Perform CMM Machine setup and ensureaccurate measurements.
- Conduct measurements andinspections to validate componentprecision.
- Analyze measurement data generatereports and provide recommendations forimprovements.
- Maintain and calibrate CMMequipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical EngineeringIndustrial Engineering or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience as a CMM programmerwith a strong background in PCDMISsoftware.
- Indepth knowledge of metrologyGD&T and engineeringdrawings.
- Proficiency in CMM operation andmeasurement techniques.
- Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail.
- Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
- Ability towork in a fastpaced manufacturingenvironment.
Hours :
- Full Time 40 hours perweek
- Monday Friday
