About The Client :
Our client is looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Administrator to join their operation. If you are passionate about ensuring the integrity of the ServiceNow platform and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then you could be a good fit.
Location : Hybrid setting in Atlanta, GA , 4 days a week onsite
Key ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities :
- Maintain the integrity and performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and execute integrations between the ServiceNow platform and internal applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance the platform.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively to minimize downtime.
- Support and training end-users to maximize the platform's utilization and benefits.
Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- Proven history of learning and adapting to new technologies and environments.
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
- Familiarity with AWS
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
