About the Role
The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies for the Legal News Portfolio, with a focus on Law360®.
Their role includes crafting marketing campaigns, writing copy, managing projects and events, and working alongside diverse teams.
They will leverage tools like SalesForce, Pardot, Pendo, GA4, and other CRM systems for campaign administration, as well as to track and evaluate campaign success.
This position supports the needs of Product Marketing Managers, manages stakeholder relationships, promotes business goal alignment, and encourages an environment of ongoing learning and team growth.
Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Creation :
Craft compelling marketing campaigns, including content creation, messaging, and promotional materials, to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing collaterals, such as email campaigns, website content, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
Project Management & Coordination :
Manage and coordinate product marketing projects and events, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery.
Manage multiple marketing projects from start to end
Coordinate with cross functional teams to prioritize projects and see it to completion and to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
List Management, Data Analysis & Reporting :
Leverage marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to administer campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness and generate A / B testing ideas.
Ensure proper targeting of emails by working with new business and retention teams to generate quality lists.
Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign success, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize and refine marketing strategies.
Assist in developing marketing dashboards
Stakeholder Management :
Support Product Marketing Managers by providing subject matter expertise, conducting research, and contributing to strategic planning.
Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering open communication and ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in campaign management / marketing focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo, GA4, Office Suite).
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
