We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented EntryLevelRecruiter to join our HR team. In this role you will assist in therecruitment and selection process to attract top engineering talentfor various positions within our firm.
The ideal candidate willhave a passion for recruitment strong communication skills and aneagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Job Posting &Sourcing :
- Create and post jobadvertisements on job boards company website and social mediaplatforms.
- Utilize sourcing strategies toidentify and engage potential candidates through online databasesprofessional networks and industryevents.
- CandidateScreening :
- Review and screen resumes toassess qualifications and match candidates with jobrequirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviewsto evaluate candidates skills experience and fit for therole.
- InterviewCoordination :
- Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.
- Prepare interview materials andensure all logistical aspects of the interview process arehandled.
- CandidateCommunication :
- Maintain regularcommunication with candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
- Provide feedback to candidates andaddress any questions orconcerns.
- DataManagement :
- Maintain accurate anduptodate records of candidate information and recruitmentactivities in the applicant tracking system(ATS).
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metricsandreports.
- OnboardingAssistance :
- Support the onboardingprocess for new hires including preparation of offer letters andcoordination of orientation activities.
- Ensurea smooth transition for new employees into theorganization.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with hiringmanagers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and jobrequirements.
- Participate in team meetings andcontribute to the development of recruitmentstrategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration Engineering or a relatedfield.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HRwith a willingness to learn about engineering roles andindustryspecific requirements.
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) is aplus.
- Positive attitude teamoriented mindsetand a proactive approach to problemsolving.
