Role : Control Room Manager
Location : New York, United States (Onsite)
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000 (DoE)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Have a huge say in designing and setting up a brand new control room in January 2024
- Manage all the day-to-day activities and scheduling
- Work closely with various teams in the field to standardize operating procedures
- Co-ordinate all necessary training and certifications for operatives
- Implement policies and procedures in accordance with the latest public safety regulations
WHAT DO THEY WANT?
- A strong background in remote operations with renewable energy (Hydropower ideally!)
- Experience setting up a high-pressure control room
- Proven track record leading others and establishing a good culture
- 24 / 7 on-call support and on-site as required
