JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Contract Inside Sales Agent
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Duration : 6-12 Month Contract
Compensation : $22 / hour
Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Inside Sales Agent to join our team for a 6-12 month contract. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for making outbound calls to guide individuals through a phone-based activity to confirm their eligibility for various programs. The work schedule will primarily be Monday Friday, with some Saturday shifts required, totaling 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential program participants.
Clearly explain program details and guide individuals through the eligibility confirmation process.
Accurately record and manage data using web-based applications.
Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while interacting with patients.
Ensure all interactions and data entries comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
Proficiency in using web-based applications for data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
