Compensation : $50,000 to $70,000 Base Annually (plus commission)

Enser Corporation is seeking a highly motivated individual to grow with a very well respected and expanding 77 year old engineering, fabrication and staffing services company.
The Technical Engineering Recruiter primary responsibility is to expertly source, screen and deliver exceptional engineering candidates along with working with decision-makers to evaluate their recruiting needs and to qualify the requirements to accomplish customers goals.
Position description :
T his position works both sides of the desk meaning you will be responsible for recruiting candidates, negotiating pay rates / salaries as well as negotiating bill rates with the customers and coordinating / scheduling interviews.
Engineering positions include, mechanical, electrical, software, FEA and manufacturing engineers along with designers, assemblers and machinists.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for expertly sourcing, screening and delivering candidates to the customer for review.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
- Develop a strong, qualified candidate pool in CRM- Dynamics ATS for current and future openings.
- Consistently meet submittal, interview and new start metrics.
- Enter new resumes and ongoing notes into CRM-Dynamics ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of open job requisitions.
Follow up with customer managers to get feedback on candidates, coordinate interviews and negotiate bill rates / salaries.
- Responsible for recruitment on Internet / social media sites such as LinkedIn and networking with candidates to obtain referrals.
- Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results in CRM-Dynamics ATS
- Demonstrate integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.
- Work to provide a pleasant candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills :
- Experience with Dynamics ATS or similar recruiting software a plus.
- 2-4 Years of recent technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of social media / Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field desired.
