Our client is hiringexperienced Logistics Technicians to assist with inventory management and shipping and receiving of server and computer hardware.
Applicants with 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience are encouraged to apply. This role will involve managing and transporting technical hardware in a data center
environment.
Responsibilities
- Manually, or using a hand truck, performs various material handling duties in the facility
- Prepares items for transport within data center
- Load and unload goods onto trucks as needed
- Verify, inspect, and enter the receipt of an incoming shipment
- Pull and prepare stock items accurately, verifying identifying information and quantities
- Work to continuously improve all data center functions
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse or shipping / receving experience required
- General knowledge of receiving procedures
- Some Knowledge of PC and business enterprise software
- Able to work as a team or independently
- Inventory experience
