Water/Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead water / wastewater process design for the Southwest Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky region of the firm
  • Mentor water / wastewater engineers in their development of process planning and design
  • Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally
  • Participate in proposal technical approach preparation
  • Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process
  • Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture
  • Maintain quality control of services and deliverables

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity
  • 12+ years of related water / wastewater experience. Treatment process and related software knowledge and experience is required
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Design / Build experience is a plus
