Hours and Pay

Shift : Wednesday-Sunday, 10 : 00 PM-6 : 30 AM

Pay : $23-$25 per hour

Daily Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch truck drivers based on delivery schedules, customer needs, and driver availability
• Communicate route changes, load details, and special instructions to drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software
• Monitor driver locations and load statuses using GPS and fleet management systems
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers
• Ensure drivers have accurate load documentation, including bills of lading and permits
• Enter trip details, load information, and driver logs accurately into dispatch systems
• Address and escalate delays, breakdowns, or emergencies promptly
• Maintain records of driver hours, logs, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
