Your Responsibilities
As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will technically lead a diverse team of engineers who support IT operations for 450 field locations, including support of various software and hardware platforms.
This role will help elevate the skillset and processes involved in the management of IT infrastructure that supports our branch locations.
Review tasks, provide direction, and support team efforts in day-to-day activities. Build relationships with leaders across the organization, and use them to help communicate change, remove roadblocks, and gain support for new initiatives.
Create and maintain KPI’s for team functional areas and projects that can be clearly articulated to leadership.
- Advanced problem-solving skills. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners in an enterprise environment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Auditing systems and networks to ensure proper configurations aligning with industry standards.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues, requests, and incident escalations. Ensure clear and professional communication and documentation inside ticket management systems and directly with employees.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone), to all employee levels throughout the company.
- Managing day-to-day responsibilities of the team, reviewing open tickets and active projects. Scheduling reviews and discussing employee performance on a regular basis.
- Create and report on KPI’s critical to the success of IT operations.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum Degree : High School Diploma or GED
- Legal Age Requirements : At least 18 years of age
- Minimum experience : 8- 10 years of IT with 2+ years of supervisory experience
- IT related experience with M&A is preferred
- Preferred technical experience in the following : Cisco Meraki + API Management of networks and devicesPowerBI / SSMS / Reporting and data analysisAbility to use and create scripts in various languages (SQL / Python / PowerShell / etc.
M365 Administration. Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations a plusMDM Intune / MaaS360 / MobiSystem administration of various server and virtualization platformsManagement of SMB Finance systems (QuickBooks / Sage / Dynamics / etc.
Experience administrating the Zscaler suit of applications (ZCC, ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)Understanding of enterprise security principlesUnderstanding of software development lifecycleAzure Entra and cloud infrastructure management.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs.
