Job Description
- Planned and led fieldwork for control testing reviews, ensuring timely delivery of the test plan while minimizing impact on the business line / support function owning the controls.
- Ensured testing was conducted according to Risk Testing Methodology.
- Assessed the design and operational effectiveness of controls and recorded results.
- Collaborated closely with control owners and other stakeholders to agree on control testing outcomes.
- Assisted control owners and stakeholders in identifying issues and remedial actions, where appropriate.
- Developed aggregated reporting of testing results for multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Established and maintained a repository of testing artifacts.

The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Mandatory work experience in banking, with a minimum of 2 years in both Financial Services and Risk Management preferred.
- Essential strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, frameworks, methods, and good governance practices.
- A deep understanding of regulatory processes, activities, and requirements for a foreign banking organization is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is considered a big advantage.
