Tournesol Siteworks is a national manufacturer of landscape products for green buildings based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We’re currently searching for a Shipping / Receiving Coordinator as a member of our shipping team. The Shipping / Receiving Coordinator and directly with operations and production staff to direct activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for production processes, materials and products throughout our plants.

This full-time position is located in our Fontana, CA manufacturing facility. You will have a direct hand in ensuring continuous inflows and outflows of product, by following the duties and responsibilities detailed below.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Inspecting quality / defects of product
• Process daily outgoing shipments using FedEx and local carriers, including but not limited to; completing packaging labels, bills of lading and customs documents when required.
• Organizing warehouse space including using a pallet jack or forklift
• Packaging for shipping
• Will work around machinery and potentially hazardous materials and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
• Will work in other production areas as needed

Important Skills and Abilities

• Skilled or certified to operate forklift or pallet jack preferred
• Manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Ability to think logically, analytically and solve problems
• Dependable and detail oriented
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
