Job Opportunity : Director of Operations - Full Service Restaurant Brand
Location : Richmond, VA
Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our expanding full-service restaurant brand with scratch kitchen operations.
This senior role will oversee the Virginia market and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee 2-3 locations initially, expanding to 5-6 units.
- Ensure exemplary leadership and strong financial performance.
- Drive team development and maintain high standards of operations.
- Report directly to the President of the company.
Qualifications :
- Background in casual or premium-casual themed restaurant management.
- Currently in a multi-unit role.
- Proven track record of job stability, tenure, and progression.
- Strong leadership skills in the full-service restaurant segment.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary in the low $100Ks with incentives totaling approximately $150K.
- Full benefits package including generous PTO / vacation.
- Business expenses covered.
