Responsibilities
As a Director , you will be responsible for driving the overall program performance and consistency in production, execution approach quality, vendor selection, resource management and other key program metrics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress
- Communicating with other departments, staff groups, and customers
- Ensuring quality, delivery, and budget objectives are met
- Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters
- Producing regular metric reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Briefing team leaders on the issues for the market assigned
- Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Maintaining computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
- Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects / tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date
- Prepares regular internal / external progress, project status and problem resolution reports
- Manages relationships with vendors and contractors that are supporting field construction activities
- Evaluates overall and individual work performance of crew staff to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints
- Monitors time and dollar expenditures to meet established targets
- Other duties as assigned

- Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
