Role Purpose :
A Service Attendant oversees all Guests when they are checking out from Jaguar Land Rover Auto Dealership in Newport Beach by providing a 5-star Experience to all Guests.
Key Duties :
- Greet all Guests with a welcoming smile and body language when they arrive at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.
- Ensure that all customers are escorted to their car
- Remove the protective plastic from the car
- Organize the pickup lot and make sure that keys are organized in the front key boxes
- Confirm all cars in the pick-up lot have all protective plastic in place.
- Retrieve any customer pick-ups
Requirements :
- Customer service 101 experience is essential for this role.
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
- Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
- Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Willing to multi-task.
- Ability to focus attention on a Guest's need, always remaining calm and courteous.
